So Many Bills, so Little Time

 Ever wonder where these tyrannical vaccine bills are coming from? Wonder no more.

 I just learned that the Dems in CA have a “vaccine working group” of 8 leftist legislators that get together to dream up ways to force everyone in CA to be injected with the experimental jab. You will see their names as sponsors or cosponsors on all these bills.  The” vaccine 8” are: Democratic Sens. Pan, Newman and Scott Wiener of San Francisco, and Democratic Assemblymembers Akilah Weber of San Diego, Buffy Wicks of Oakland, Cecilia Aguiar-Curry of Winters and Evan Low, of Cupertino. All of the bills are being sponsored by “Protect US”, a pro-vaccine group created by Crystal Strait, a former member of Pan’s staff. See the most recent vaccine bills introduced below:

• SB 871would require all children 5 to 17 to get the COVID-19 vaccine to attend child care or school;
• SB 866would allow kids 12 to 17 to get the COVID-19 vaccine without parental consent;
• SB 1479would require schools to continue testing and to create testing plans;
• SB 1018would require online platforms to be more transparent about how information is pushed out to consumers;
• SB 1464would force law enforcement officials to enforce public health orders;
• AB 1993would require all employees, including independent contractors, to show proof of COVID-19 vaccine to work in California;
• AB 1797would make changes to the California Immunization Record Database;
• AB 2098would reclassify the sharing of COVID-19 “misinformation” by doctors and surgeons as unprofessional conduct that would result in disciplinary action.

So far, SCR has sent in opposition letters on AB 871, AB 1725 and AB 1773 through the state portal system to the various committees. To read the texts of the above bills go to: leginfo.legislature.ca.gov.

ACTION NEEDED...

• Share this information on social media, email list, friends, family, your doctor (AB 2098)
• Send opposition letters through the portal while the bills are in committees
• Call/email your representatives when the bills get to the floor for a vote.

None of these bills have a hearing date yet so there is time to compose opposition letters.  These bills will be heard in committees where they will go to die or live.  If they live, then they go for a vote on the floor. Once they are on the floor then you can call/email your representative to urge to vote yes or no.  The problem is by the time they reach the floor, it is most of the time a done deal. The best place to stop or support a bill is while they are in committees. 

The committees are composed of legislator from all the districts of CA. Committee members will only take calls or emails from their constituents. The only way you can “be heard” on these bills when they are still in committees is through the Portal. 

Sending your letter via the State Portal is important for every bill you oppose or support. It’s the only way to ensure SCR or individuals are cited in the committee report and your concerns are considered by the committee’s “bill analyst.” Submitting your support or opposition through the portal is the most effective way to have your voice heard.  Silence implies consent.  Do you consent?

It is no longer enough just to go to meetings to become informed citizens.  I know that it takes time and it can be intimidating to write a letter. The state of our State and our Nation demands that we become involved and that we take ACTION if you want to preserve what liberties we still have.

We must step out of our comfort zone because Freedom is not Free!!  If these tyrannical bills don’t motivate you to action, I don’t know what will. If you don’t speak, you can’t be heard!  It is time to Roar!
